On the Budget
It's about FISCAL KNOWLEDGE & ACCOUNTABILITY
The Commissioners’ primary responsibility is management of the County’s $195 million budget. Leslie Osche brings 31 years of managing multi-million dollar budgets and working with auditors, treasurers, and controllers to ensure sound accounting practices, transparency, and accountability to County government.
Using best practices in fiscal management and auditing standards, she worked with volunteers to establish criteria for reviewing the financial statements and audits of both small grass-roots charities and large complex human service providers.
